Single Origin Cuba Serrano
The Cuba Serrano comes largely from the Sierra Maestra to the east of 'island. This coffee cup gives off an unknown fullness between Arabica and, in the express, does mug alone. The softness of the cocoa bean is blended with scents of pipe tobacco, while in aromatic persistence you experience a hint of nuts.
Bolgheri Blend
BOLGHERI BLEND It is a blend of four varieties: Brazilian, Indian, “EK” Special (Indonesia) and Java. This blend is perfect for espresso machines at home. It makes a coffee that is very much like the one you can enjoy at a bar, the only difference being that it is milder and lighter.
Family Blend
Java, Vietnam,, India, Bourbon Santos (Brazil) and Colombia are the different origins that give rise to this blend the is intended for home use. The coffee produced from a home coffee moka is lighter than that at the bar and it thus compensates the varying intensity by a stronger blend at it’s origin. The result is a balanced coffee, fragrant in the cup with a strong persona
Extra Blend
"EK" Special (Indonesian), Javan, Colombian, Bourbon Santos (Brazilian), and Nicaraguan. It is a polyvalent blend which is characterized by its versatility. The final taste is sweet and fruity, very palatable.
Bar Blend
This is a blend of four varieties: Brazilian, Indian, "EK" Special (Indonesian) and Java. This blend is destined for family for espresso coffee machines. The result is a coffee close to the kind that you can enjoy in the bar but it is more delicate and light.
King Blend
It is the blend of all varieties of different origins: India, Colombia, Brazil, Nicaragua, Ethiopia, Indonesia and Java. It is blended for coffee machines in bars. The gathering and assembling of many different varieties guarantees intense aromas and a wealth of flavors. The result is a sweet, full-bodied, coffee with pleasant spicy notes.
Brazilian Pink Peppercorns
These round and richly scented pink pepper berries contain up to 10% essential oils, including pinene and limonene. They are particularly rich in sugars and are famous for their antibacterial activity. Freshly ground, this pepper is a perfect match with pork, chicken or veal dishes, with fish and vegetables, or in sauces and dressings.
Vietnam White Pepper
As Vietnam white pepper is made from dried black pepper berries, its taste and fragrance are those of black pepper though it has been fermented. In addition, the flesh in the berries turns greyish-white when ground and differs from the pale yellow of “traditionally”-made white pepper.
Vietnam Black Pepper
What makes Vietnamese black pepper stand out from the crowd is the large size of the peppercorns and the piperine content, which is generally higher than in other types of pepper, even if its flavour is identical to Indian pepper.
Indian Green Peppercorns
With its fresh flavour and nice citrusy notes, green pepper comes from the mountains and thick woods at the back of the Malabar Coast, in Kerala, south-western India. Freshly ground, this pepper is a perfect match with pork, chicken or veal dishes, with fish and vegetables, or in sauces and dressings.
