A selected Coffee that is born in the heart of Bolgheri, where our single-origin Coffee is aged from 60 to 320 days in small French oak barrels. From this union a blend of great personality is born, a structured and round Coffee and at the same time of great balance, endowed with an incredible persistence, a bit like the great wines of Bolgheri.

With its fresh flavour and nice citrusy notes, green pepper comes from the mountains and thick woods at the back of the Malabar Coast, in Kerala, south-western India. Freshly ground, this pepper is a perfect match with pork, chicken or veal dishes, with fish and vegetables, or in sauces and dressings.
